Billy Bridgeman (a.k.a Red-Haired Kid, full name William Howard Bridgeman) was a resident of New York and a visitor to the New York Museum of Natural History. He was about 11 years old.

Billy and his unnamed younger brother slipped away from their parents and wandered into the museum basement, where they were killed by Mbwun. Billy was eviscerated and decapitated in the attack, and the portion of his brain containing the hypothalamus was eaten.

The Bridgeman brothers' bodies were discovered the next morning by Charlie Prine, who called the police. The boys' killing was the first of the Museum Beast Murders to be investigated by the NYPD.
